Hi, i'm running Windows 8 Pro 64-Bit edition on my HP Laptop. Recently, updates have been very slow to search and install and they usually do not install. Right now I have 26 important updates that will not install and I get the error code 80070BC9. I ran the tool, it still didn't work, it tells me that I have issues with missing and corrupt files and that windows update needs to be repaired, but the tool isn't fixing them.
