I installed the new EASE 4.3(78.6MB file) downlaoded from the AFMG download Portal and then reinstalled the EASEGUARD Program.Now when i click on the EASE4.3 Shortcut icon on my desktop it shows me some error. I am attaching you the snapshot of the error which pops up on my desktop screen. Please advise asap. Please advise.

The updated EASE will take care of that for you.
If you do use the Control Panel you should be aware of a number of things. • You must first upload your license from EASE before un-installing either of the programs if you intend to re-install EASEGuard.
• If you only uninstall EASE, you need to make sure that the new installation is put in the same folder that was used by the previous version. If you accept the new default location (C: Program Files EASE 4.3), then your license will no longer be found because it is in the old location (C: Program Files EASE 4.2). You will need to go to the old location and manually run EASEGuard.exe and upload your license. Then you will need to uninstall EASEGuard, and then reinstall it again so it can find the new location. If you let EASE handle the whole re-installation, these items are handled automatically for you.

Did you upload your license? Where was the previous EASE installation? Where is the new EASE installation? Did you reset the license information when you re-installed EASEGuard? When you installed EASE, did you 'Reset all installation adjustments to default values'?

My sepaker lab can working but my ease cannot work.WHY????
I reset the license information and re-installed easeguard, but the problem is same.WHY??? I cannot download my license and always have report that my user id is invalid (an eccourred during communication error 11: user id not registered).WHY??? Can help me to solve my problem.
